Method

Show what to review — and where limits begin.

Every check labels the method that ran. Sentence cues name visible wording. None of this is proof of authorship.

Sentence-level review cues

Flagged sentences highlight formulaic transitions, stock phrasing, and even cadence — things you can edit.

Method-aware provenance

Each response says whether the hosted model or the deterministic fallback ran. The boundary stays visible.

Zero data retention

Drafts exist for the request, then they are gone. Nothing is written to an account.

Failed checks do not count

Only a complete review uses a daily check. Interrupted requests never penalize you.

Deterministic fallback

If the hosted model cannot be parsed, a labeled statistical fallback still returns cues.

Not a verdict

Built as a writing review, not a disciplinary tool or an authorship proof.

Who it is for

Students, teachers, and editors

Students

Check a draft the night before you submit. See which sentences look formulaic, then rewrite them in your own voice.

Educators

Ground a conversation in observable sentence patterns. Results are review cues, not proof of authorship.

Editors

Spot stock phrasing and even cadence before a manuscript goes out. Keep the original in view while you revise.

FAQ

Questions

How accurate is this AI detector?

It analyzes language patterns with a hosted neural model and a transparent deterministic fallback. The output provides probabilistic signals to guide human review and must not be used alone as proof of authorship.

Is it free to use?

Yes. You can run five successful checks per day, up to 1,200 words each, with no account required. Pro is $9/month for 100 checks per day after checkout on /pricing.

Which AI models can it detect?

It evaluates statistical language invariants (perplexity, burstiness, formulaic transitions) across text generated by modern LLMs rather than claiming fragile model-specific fingerprints.

Does it work on humanized text?

It inspects multi-level sentence rhythms and structural cues, so lightly paraphrased text can still be flagged. Deep scholarly rewrites score appropriately lower.

Do you store my submitted text?

Never. Text is processed in-memory solely for the active HTTP request and is immediately discarded. We do not maintain any user draft archives or telemetry logs.

Are the writing-tool links affiliate links?

Yes. Book and stationery links use Amazon Associates. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. They are category search links, not product reviews, and they appear after the detector.
